One problem we have is that muslim and third world countries still are behind in advancement.
Muslimic beliefs are still enforced with an iron fist (and honestly a lot of it is worse than christian belief ever was)
Christianism has loosened up a lot compared to other religions. There are way more freedoms and privileges that other religions can’t even dream of.
I won’t say that Christianism is free from any bad stuff (almost no religion is) but Islam especially hasn’t advanced past the era Christ was around. While Christianism has embraced progress up until the point where people barely acknowledge it or just point out the flaws.
I can’t wrap my head around how people who whine about Christian sins never acknowledge that other religions aren’t better at all or are even worse.
But that must be the "White people bad" attitude that they tell everywhere now…
They might not ever reach the level of advancement we've reached, but that doesn't mean we have an obligation to throw endless resources at them and refuse to hold them accountable for their crimes when forced to deal with them in our communities. They shouldn't even be in our communities.

Mònica Calabritto, author of Murder and Madness on Trial, discusses how the insanity defense was used in early modern Bologna and how that compares to its use today.
In 1993, twenty-three-year-old David Tarloff was diagnosed with schizophrenia. He lived with his mother, and his worst crime was stealing sweets from a grocery store near their apartment. According to medical reports, Tarloff was hospitalized at least twenty times; he claimed to hear the voices of God or the Devil and that he was the Messiah.
On the evening of February 12, 2008, Tarloff fatally stabbed psychologist Kathryn Faughey fifteen times in the chest. His target was Dr. Shinbach, who had treated Tarloff in the past, but Dr. Faughey had the misfortune of encountering Tarloff outside of Dr. Shinbach’s office on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The event that triggered Tarloff’s rage and this horrific murder was that he was kept from visiting his elderly mother at the hospital; he became convinced that he had to kidnap his mom and travel with her to Hawaii to take care of her with the $50,000 he would steal from Dr. Shinbach, whom he had to kill to save his mother—he heard this message from God.
After killing Faughey and seriously injuring Shinbach, Tarloff escaped, but after four days, he was captured. On October 8, 2009, two court-appointed psychiatrists declared Tarloff "mentally incompetent" to appear at trial. The defense attorney filed a plea of insanity with the court in favor of his client, arguing that at the time of the murder, Tarloff "was insane." On October 14, 2008, Tarloff was sent to a psychiatric institution for at least six months before being examined again to determine whether he could stand trial. After two mistrials, in May of 2014, Tarloff was found guilty of first-degree murder, assault, and armed robbery and was sentenced to life in prison without parole. He will spend the rest of his days in a psychiatric unit at the prison.
When I first read the story of David Tarloff, I immediately thought of the Barbieri murder that happened in Bologna on October 24, 1588. Twenty-five-year-old Paolo Barbieri, previously described as suffering from melancholic fury by various people and three physicians, fatally stabbed his young wife, Isabella Caccianamici. He escaped, was sentenced to death in his absence, and was eventually hospitalized in Milan for eight years in an institution for mad people, where people like Paolo were put in shackles.
Then and now, in Italy and the USA, the insanity defense relies on convincing a judge or a jury that a person is considered "mentally incompetent" if they cannot distinguish right and wrong or comprehend the consequences of their actions. Insanity defenses rarely succeed. Even though medical experts initially found Tarloff incapable of standing trial because of his mental state, the jury of the 2014 trial believed that he knew what he was doing was immoral, which is why he tried to escape. He faked his insanity, one relative of the deceased therapist said, and therefore needs to be punished. Like David, Paolo was believed to be pretending to be mad so that he could escape the death sentence. And yet people who have a mental illness, like Paolo and David, are invariably punished by their illness. Fourteenth-century jurist Baldo degli Ubaldi stated that insane people could not be considered guilty for crimes they had committed because they are “punished enough by [their] insanity”; David’s defense lawyer stated that his client’s severe mental illness was the reason he committed murder. Then and now, while justice is served for the crime committed against an innocent victim, the juridical and medical institutions are at a loss when taking care of those whose life has been branded by what society defines as an illness but judges as a crime and perceives as a stigma.
