These results reflect 2 weeks of INSANITY! I had done insanity last year and my fit test results this time around are BETTER than my results from last year. This is so encouraging bc all this time I had been thinking how I was better last year and this time around I’m not pushing hard enough. BUT I KNOW I AM!
Now if only I could control some of my food intake, I think I’ll be perfect.
DAY 15!!!! 15 days ago I would have been laying on my bed refreshing instagram instead of working my body and working my mind to a healthier me.
