Ok so remember the episode “Coming Out” where Dudley turns evil after wearing Snidely’s cloak and hat - basically Snidely’s top hat is CURSED WITH EVIL !!! and after he loses it for a week, the EFFECTS !!! wear off and he turns into this happy go lucky man

He’s so so happy and so so nice and so so friendly but it’s becoming too much that it’s become annoying and bothersome to the people so Inspector Fenwick asks Homer what the heck is going on and Homer spills the beans ,,

The inspector DEMANDS dudley to find Snidely’s top hat. Dudley goes searching all of Canada for it and when he finds it he puts it on snidely and WHABAMM !!! back to normal. snidely blows up dudley ok the end
