Two weeks done and I can hardly believe how fast everything has gone. I’ve had so much fun both at work and on the weekends. At work I’ve made a second newsletter about all of the upcoming events that Flanders House is organising. I’ve also helped out with the inventory, uploaded files, updated information on excel etc.. It really is great to work here.
On Friday one of my colleagues wanted to go to Selfridges as there was a vegan waffle pop-up stand, so naturally we joined in. It’s just a waffle like we all know it, but savoury. You can add mashed avocado’s, tomatoes, butternut and herbs. It was really tasty and nice to try something new but I still prefer my waffles with strawberries and ice cream. Every day, I normally have lunch with my co-workers in the kitchen but today I went to get some maccies because I was very hungry. I also popped into a couple of shops to have a look.
I have no idea what the plans are for the weekend. I’m very excited and a bit sad for my final week here in London. I already know that I’m gonna miss it loads!
