Ingredients: 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1 tsp paprika. 1 onion, chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 4 carrots, sliced. 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed. 2 cups beef broth. 1 cup Guinness beer. 2 tbsp tomato paste. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 bay leaf. 1/2 tsp dried thyme. 1/2 tsp dried rosemary.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix beef stew meat, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika until meat is coated. Place coated meat, onion, garlic, carrots, and potatoes into the slow cooker. In another bowl, mix beef broth, Guinness beer, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the broth mixture into the slow cooker. Add bay leaf, thyme, and rosemary.
