I just received my official stage photos back from @musclecontest #irongames This prep was a little different from others. I was in the middle of bulking for figure and decided to do a bikini prep last minute. My coach @andrew_friar got in the lab and helped me bring this package to the stage. My personal goal for this show was to come in tighter than my last show and we accomplished that. I placed first in bikini open class F and now have a National Qualification that will allow me to make major improvements and maybe even tackle my first National level show. So many nights I wanted to give up and not do this show but I stuck with it -and so glad that I did!
