#day11 #100daystraining Today was all forearm exercises, stregthening rhe grip with some easy traditional methods that dont take much equipment. 6lbs medicine balls for catching is what i used but even rocks work, an old piece of bamboo(could be any stick or even a towel) a dumbell with all the weight on one side for if a large staff would take up too much space. My iron palm bag which is full of sand, made of leather and weighs maybe 15lbs. And lastly just a specific kind of rubber band to help stregthen the extensors.
