Breaking News - Angry SWTOR Man Jumps Down Quesh Elevator

“It was really a traumatic experience,” says the elevator who was forced to continue moving slowly as an impatient Sith waited at the top. “I knew he was going to jump, thinking he’d somehow be able to survive if he only jumped halfway and his companion would be able to heal him.”

The young Sith, fresh from Korriban, was on Quesh for unknown reasons. He had just dealt with the irritating man in the orbital station and was already angry enough before he realized he would have to wait for the stupid elevator to reach the top.

His companion claims he “Didn’t have any ill intentions jumping, he just loved to jump down elevators instead of waiting ten seconds for them to reach the top.”

Following this incident, no action has been taken to prevent future jumps down the Quesh elevator, and for all we know the damn thing is getting even taller!

I Hate Hell (Good Omens)

I hate the Metatron more, but unfortunately I cannot blame him for trivial, irritating things like this. So. Here is a list of things Hell came up with ENTIRELY bc I don't like said things.

Mothers. Or rather, the rule that says mothers have the right to pry into your stuff all through your teen years, and scream at you when you're doing things wrong, and tease you relentlessly then wonder why you have insecurities.

Essays. I hate essays. Too much formal information tightly packed together. Lists are better.

Migraines

Seagulls

Councils deciding to do roadworks on your road when you need your road the most. And it lasts for several weeks. (pretty sure that one was Crowley)

So just opened next month's meds and, well let's just say at least thwy didn't fuck them up as monumentally as they did last month's. But it's still annoying and I'm paying a blister fee for each week of these.

At least they're (kinda) in the correct pottles this time, but the days are still starting on Wednesday despite me telling them mine start on Monday like 3 times now 🤦‍♀️

So eh let's just see if I can manage to take my vitamin D at the right time this month since it's in Wednesday week 4 when it should be in Monday week 1

Ok but isn’t it annoying

When people compliment the parents of good people like they have anything to do with it?

Like, sure, upbringing is part of it.

But most of it is just how someone grew up making the right decisions and forming their own beliefs and morals.

A kid could have shit parents and still have grown up to be amazing.

The admiration should all go to that incredible individual. Their parents just did what all parents do: raise a human being.

2 things that should just stop

1. Beating a dead high horse.

say someone catches you lying or whatever and they will tell how it hurts them and how people shouldn’t do it... except they go on and on and on and once they finish and you’ve been lulled into thinking its FINALLY over, they come back with some failed attempt at using some fucking one liners to guilt trip you or drive home their point which by now nobody will listen to and has been lost to the incessant droning.

Basically calling someone out, getting on your high horse, riding it untill it dies, and sitting on the dead corpse pretending its still alive and high.

2.

someone telling you that lying is bad (using examples such as “there are no little lies”) and you shouldn’t follow the example of that person who is lying, meanwhile the person telling you this has lied plenty of times right infront of you and every time they say something like this you can’t take them seriously because they are just as guilty.

Don’t do as i do, do as i say.

Just don’t ever say that. it is shit, and you are shit if you say that. That is a load of bullshit. just admit that you are shit and be done with it.

I hate that super aggressive "who's gonna look away first" game that happens on occasion with a stranger. Most times when I lock eyes with a total stranger I smile at them, they smile at me, maybe we give each other a little nod, flip a few fingers up waste high for a quick wave, but then there's the other kind of interaction when you lock eyes. I hate it because honestly why bother? I'll never look away first, I always win, when they turn their head away I'm still staring through the back of their head and into their eyes. The worst kind is people who look away quickly then meet eyes again. Like no that's cheating.
