Some quick signs you might be dehydrated: ⁣

You have bad breath! ☠ We create less fluid when we’re dehydrated. Saliva is antibacterial, and when there is less of it, well… you guessed it. More bacteria can develop, which means… ew. 🤢 (Think of morning breath! Saliva production stops while we sleep!) ⁣

Sugar cravings! 🍟🍩Dehydration sometimes shows up as hunger. When our fluid is low, your body pulls from its glycogen storage for energy. When THAT gets depleted, we start craving things like carbs to get it back up again. #sneakysneaky!!⁣

I start every morning by chugging some water! And I never leave the house without a bottle in my R2D2 backpack.⁣
