Princess Celestia in Issue 65. She wears a special amulet with old Changeling magic to walk amongst her subjects so that she can truly hear what they say about her without being scared. I like this version of Celestia as a normal pony better than Discord's version. Again they say she's Queen which I agree with since she has ruled Equestria by herself for 1000 years or so.
