OKAY NO IM SICK OF THIS CAN WE ALL REALIZE THAT NAPSTABLOOK'S PRONOUNS ARE THEY/THEM AND IT/ITS. I AM SO FUCKING SICK OF LOOKING FOR MEDIA ABOUT THEM (nobody talks about them its super sad!) AND HAVING TO PUT UP WITH CONSTANT MISGENDERING. It's not even an option to just not watch that stuff because blooky is my favorite and has like no media tied to them so its either he/him or nothing! and what really seriously irks me is that I am a blooky fictionkin. outside of that part of myself, I do use exclusively he/him pronouns. but it still bothers me a LOT because that's still me! those may not be my preferred pronouns, but as blooky THOSE ARE MY PRONOUNS and NEARLY NOBODY RESPECTS THEM! its genuinely so hard to sit through videos and comic dubs and fanfiction where they're being misgendered, it feels like a punch to the gut every time. it makes me physically wince like myself being misgendered does. it is genuinely mentally painful to consume online user-created media about them because of the rampant misgendering, but nobody cares about them enough to fucking write or make anything with their correct pronouns so I'm STUCK with the TRANSPHOBIC PATRIARCHAL MALE-NORMATIVE SLOP that like half of passive blooky enjoyers put out! and its not even a thing you can excuse. I have talked about them to my parents. they have seen pictures and images, and I have never once misgendered blooky in front of them. yet I continuously find myself having to correct them. hell, calling them by she/her would actually make me feel better because its not conforming to the male normative patriarchal perception of literally everything with no perceived gender as male because male is obviously the default!!!! I used to love the phrase "he's just a little guy" and such, I thought it was sooo whimsical and now I hate it because no you don't know if that frog is a boy. are we sure that porcupine is not a woman. sorry did you do a blood test on that particular bird and find out its gender? no I don't think you fucking did can we actually stop with male-normative language for animals with no confirmed gender? and please for the love of fuck. for all of the mad mew mew lovers out there, for the mettaton supporters, for the near-nonexistent ruins dummy fans, can we please start gendering their cousin correctly. it fucking hurts. thank you @napstablook-pronouns-reminder for doing the angels work out there. anyway they use they/them for the most part but has been seen to be referred to with it/its; "Move it with force?" being the prime example.
