In the comics Bruce very much does respect the Green Lanterns and what they do, he just sometimes gets into fights with them because they’re all stubborn as fuck, but he does get along with most of them — except Guy, but that’s Guy. Bruce and Hal are very much friends, they just fight because of how differently they function in fights and occasionally their personalities clash, but outside of that they do get along and have a very good friendship!! Have since the 60’s, the animosity occurred after Parallax and has since been implied to exist since the start of the JLA in GL Rebirth I think? Point is Bruce DOES respect the Lanterns!! He just struggles to get along with some of them sometimes, and that’s mostly Guy, and sometimes Hal if they have their once in a blue moon team up.
I don't know much about the live action adaptations. I saw the Battinson film and some of the Dark Knight but turned it off because me and my dad wouldn't stop laughing at the Batman voice, comedy gold. I've seen some of Snyders JLA, so maybe that version? He seemed to get along well enough with his other teammates. No clue. Though, Adam Wests Batman would LOVE the Green Lanterns, they’re slapstick in a way that would mess AMAZINGLY well with his character.
