It’s 16 weeks with a health coach and activities to accomplish followed by 8 months of less intensive interactions. I lost 2 pounds this week. Goal 1. Lose ten pounds. Goal 2. Improved lab results. Goal 3. Repeat 1 & 2. Goal 4.
