1 out of every 10, 200 million women suffer from a disease called endometriosis. Unfortunately many go undiagnosed and their pain/symptoms get pushed under the rug. They are told this it’ s normal to be in pain while on tour period, it’s normal to pass clots, it’s normal to have weight gain, its normal to bloat, it’s normal to have a heavy flow. IT’S NOT NORMAL.
We shouldn't have to suffer in silence, hiding our hurt with prescription pain killers. Our only options shouldn’t be numerous surgeries, medically induced menopause or a hysterectomy. I’ m here to be the voice that so many women feel that they don’t have. We need to speak up and make ourselves heard. There NEEDS to be a cure, we deserve more and we need more.
