so in conclusion, everyone but j2 have rights
Did you see Misha's birthday message? too much, sexy. 🔥 🤤 He celebrated his husband's birthday in spectacular fashion. What did J*red do?? nothing? 😂
Hello, Did Danneel say that? 🙄 https://twitter.com/ChilldorHaven/status/1503761429685764101?s=20
Good morning Nonny!
So I’ve been doing some research and there is absolutely no credible evidence that Danny said that— only opinion articles. Furthermore in a Forbes Magazine piece, Jensen is asked why they moved to Austin. In this article:
The brewery is also home to Jep's Southern Roots, a new Southern Style food truck from "Duck Dynasty" stars Jep and Jessica Robertson
(Cont.) Jensen himself says that Austin is closer to his fam (Dallas) and to Danny’s (Louisiana). They also chose Austin bc Jensen and Gino (Danny’s bro) got into microbrewing, and after doing research to find where a microbrewery would be best, Austin came up. So closer to family and microbrewery culture? ::Chef’s smooch::
Jensen says absolutely nothing about J*red. And I have yet to find anywhere a Danneel quote stating they moved there bc of J*red.
Was J*red the only reason to move in the beginning? Based on Jensen’s own answers, obviously not. Do I think that was a plus for them to move in the beginning? Yes. Do I still think that? No.
Hope this helps!
Another bronly had J/2 do Dean's death scene for a photo op
Making these kind of photo ops, 2 panels to glorify Dean's death and compliment each other about how great they are. No mention of Cas, Jack or others characters. TFW my ass. I'm going to be grateful for Cas & Misha only, from now on. No longer giving J*2 the benefit of the doubt
It puzzles me how much people seem to revel in Dean's death as the epitome of love for his brother enough to make it the main theme for their photo op (to me, his death was silly af, like something that could be seen in a parody of a supposedly dramatic show). I find that very upsetting because, as far as I know, no one has asked Misha and Jensen to recreate Cas's death (or at least the photos hadn't been made public) more focused on how they'd behave was Cas rescued from the Empty. It that sense, I find Jensen-Misha photo ops more pleasant to look at (my pov on his relationship aside) because the people in those photo op seem to genuinely care about Dean as a character. In this case, however, I had to blame people asking for this especific scene (Dean's death) to be portrayed in a photo op because is not as if J*2 could refuse to do it (as long as is not something really invasive or gross).
But, that brings me to the next point. I've never been in a con, like... never, everything i know of this show and the crew and cast involved I've got it from tumblr, interviews, videos etc. The main problem I see here is that they (CW, CE, ...) want to convince us that Supernatural is only about the Winchesters. That everything else is collateral. People come and go but the Winchesters remain. For me, the finale is the ultimate proof that there were people obsessed with making everything to come full circle: what started with the Winchesters should end with the Winchesters. What Misha did as a human being, what Cas did to the show and to the fans as a character, was something nobody expected. He was supposed to come and go like everyone else. But he stayed. He defeated Chuck expectations in that sense, as well as everyone else's (and, for that, Misha was continuosly mistreated by the network, people in charge of the show, and sometimes co-stars **ahem JP**). What I'm trying to say with this is that the very existence of Golden Panels with only two actors on them, with no mention of other characters, is an act of well studied marketing directed towards those who think that family DOES end with blood. I can see JP being perfectly fine with that view (to make everything about himself as much as possible) but withJensen... I don't think so and that's why I'm not giving up on him (I must say sometimes I only watch solo panels -mainly Misha and Jensen's- and sometimes I ignore Creation Cons completely).
Nevertheless, that's my opinion and my views and I understand and respect your feelings on the matter, nonnie. I fully believe that life is too short to engage with things that don't make us happy. Misha talking about his character, about life, about fucking whatever, always bring me joy. Reading short stories about Cas, or just simply watching his face in gifs fills me with a enormous sense of peace, and that's always, always worthy. So if you plan on focus only on Misha's work from now on, enjoy it at its fullest, you won't regret it. <3
