Headcanon: every Schnee except Jackass is a dog person.

First piece of evidence:

Weiss is Best Girl, she sneaks the treats!

Also, her reaction prior to this mirrors her response to the Bunk Beds- refusal, and then admitting that she always wanted them as kids. This indicates that, presumably like the bunk beds, Weiss wanted a dog and Jackass wouldn’t let her. Given that having a dog is, similarly to having bunk beds, typically shared between siblings, this indicates that all Schneeblings wanted, or at least were neutral on, having a dog.

Second piece of evidence:

Winter casually reaching up to stroke the giant fucking death wolf she just summoned. Wiess’ expression doesn’t actually change, implying that, while Winter summoning the Beowolf outside of a fight is a rare occasion, her instantly going to cuddle it once she has is not.

Evidence 3: when training with Weiss in the Volume 5 trailer, she uses Beowolves and only Beowolves. While that may be just a matter of ‘that was the drill they were doing’ Winter explicitly is trying to prepare Weiss for whatever test their father may throw at her, ergo, Winter just really wants to show of her wolf collection to her little sis.

Evidence 5: Ok, I’m lying, there’s no more evidence, but Whitley and Willow can now both, presumably, summon the Hound. Or at least, some version of the Hound. Imagine Whitley just casually summoning the terrifying nightmare beast which was the product of horrifying human experiments to play fetch. His mother catches him, and swaps in with the summoning Glyph so Whitley isn’t, in effect, playing fetch with himself.

People seemed to love my Soulmate AU Freezerburn Week fic. The rest of the story is going to be updated on my FF page. There are three chapters out as of today.

Besides Freezerburn, there will also be Arkos in this fic, along with some background Black Sun. Whitley Schnee also has a significant role in this story.
