Stevie understands why Alexis had to resort to an app to find a roommate. She’s almost burned the apartment down twice, leaves shoes everywhere, and never does the dishes.

Now, she’s sitting (uninvited) on Stevie’s bed, crying over some dude, again. Stevie’s sick of it.

“Shut up for a second, will you?”

Alexis’s mouth snaps shut mid-tirade. Even with tear-streaked makeup, she’s still pretty. Typical. “Um, rude, Stevie.”

“Sorry, just - none of these guys fucking deserve you, okay? You’re better than them.”

Stevie didn’t plan on saying that. Alexis looks just as shocked. “You don’t mean that.”

Surprisingly, Stevie does.

Jake’s brave and good and noble, but he’ll never be a fighter in that way, but the whole point is that HE DOESNT HAVE TO BE.  jake’s au alternate Jimmy dies before he can live, but Jake has the world the bens built and he doesn’t have to be anything but himself.

it starts with a writer and ends with a writer; it starts with a man who loses his wife and ends with a son who loses his father. it’s all a cycle and not at all linear, but. they’re not stuck and it’s not hopeless. jake is all his family’s history but because of that history, he’s more.

I’ve only seen the movie once so I might have missed something but.... how does that work? I get that’s the way Thanos works but there was one ship and all remaining Asgardians were on board. Did Thanos randomly pick some of them and put them on another ship? Did Heimdall help them escape? Did Thor and Valkyrie enact an escape plan? We started the movie half way through that attack and I don’t remember getting any explanation?
