Speaking of ship moments that are actually LiLo moments, there’s this one moment from a 2013 Japan interview where H touches Liam’s ear while he’s answering a question, and Liam is just like not reacting other than saying “Yep, that’s my ear,” and he looks unbothered by the touch, but Louis tho?? It’s hard to tell how much is just faux irritation and how much is sincere, but Louis actually looks a little annoyed that H touched Liam’s ear 😭😂 Louis then says “do me a favor-“ before it cuts off and the scene jumps to next question 😭😂 I’ve seen that gifset make the rounds so many times, and a lot of ppl interpret it as L*rry?? And I’m sorry, but Idgi! Bc there are just so many interviews where it’s fr just Liam and Louis goofing off together and getting in each other’s space, for years, that it seemed more rare for someone else other than Louis to pester Liam like that yk? I’d argue that if that was a sincere Jealouis moment and not just a bit, then it was Jealouis/LiLo! I would bet my hard earned money that like all the Jealouis moments that involve Liam and H were actually all LILO moments bc Louis often seemed to kinda bristle whenever Liam wasn’t playing with him like usual, and was paying too much attention to someone else when Louis was close by! And Louis would usually then try to regain Liam’s attention somehow: like physically getting in Liam’s line of sight, or pester him by like poking him or pulling at his clothes, or try to physically pull Liam away, or get Liam’s attention back via water/silly string fights, or say something to get Liam to look at him and get his attention back on Louis again! I don’t think I’m exaggerating when I say that was practically a routine! 😭🤣
I know exactly what moment you're talking about and if I was at home with my laptop I would try and find it, but I don't have time to look for it right now. And I agree that it was either actual irritation towards Harry for playing with his 'toy' or it was a bit. Either way it was totally a Lilo moment and not a jealouis l*rry moment.
I love how he would even bristle when Liam was taking to ANYONE that wasn't him sometimes. There are moments of Liam interacting with the crowd and Louis is making faces and getting irritated bc Liam isn't paying attention to him. There are moments of Liam talking to their team while they're on stage and Louis is standing there repeatedly saying Liam's name like a child interrupting two adults talking. I mean...he preferred Liam's attention out of all the boys and he was very possessive of Liam's attention.
And also hard agree that Louis would pester Liam with silly string or water to get his attention back on him. You're not exaggerating at all!
