okay so a couple of months ago i mentioned to my sibling that i was sad we never got to see jane chatwin and zelda interact, and they said “lowkey always shipped that as a crack pairing” and now jelda is a Thing and i am obsessed with them

so jane and zelda absolutely were wives. they had a torrid love affair and you can’t convince me otherwise. we never actually see zelda pregnant with harriet, but we see jane pregnant in season 5, so harriet is their daughter, and now that means harriet is plum’s mom.

this also could help explain why zelda is so protective of harriet because she knows jane is out there dealing with hella bullshit with fillory and martin, and she doesn’t want her to get involved with all of that.

jane is in the clock barrens. season 5 didn’t happen, zelda retired from the library to do independent research or travel and she accidentally stumbled upon them and was reunited with her wife. they’re just chilling and spending quality loving time together and you can’t change my mind.
