because my health is shit I’m doing another notes game. I’d like to say that spam is okay, just 1 reblog, and 5 comments are allowed. If you exceeded more, I’m removing this post.

cw for antidepressant misuse, sh, and basically mental health stuff that isn’t exactly healthy.

I kinda doubt we’ll be able to get anything higher than 20 so I have low expectations for this whole notes game, but I’m going to try.

1 note - I’ll drink water for once

10 notes - I’ll try to get showers more often

15 notes - start retaking my meds at the right time

20 notes - i won’t pull all nighters and go to bed at 10pm (as i say i do to my therapist)

30 notes - I’ll start eating more food

40 notes - i’ll stop SH for a week

50 notes - I’ll limit my weed usage to whenever I’m only in pain or anxious/stressed

100 notes - I’ll stop double dosing my antidepressants

200 notes - I’ll stop SH for a month

300 notes - start brushing my teeth again as a habit

400 notes - i’ll start seeing my therapist more

500 notes - I’ll come out to my dad as trans

1000 notes - I’ll come out to my teachers as trans and ask them to refer to me as Johnny

2000 notes - I’ll quit SH for good measure

3000 notes - I’ll finally quit c.ai after saying I have quit when I never truly did ever quit.

I am back on jiraiblr, only because a lot of jirai bloggers apparently fw me so yeah.

but I wanted to yap about why I have no DNI, so, I honestly find it fun to interact with people whom has conflicting stances, which is also why I don’t like sharing my stances (as my stances are kinda problematic imo, but I do not break DNIS !!) however, the stances i am willing to share : anti-contact , pro-para , pro-transid , pro-Endo , and we’re a fleurason which is a term for people whom has all or most of the ideologies that radqueers has but they don’t want to be in the rqc (I don’t want to be associated with the rqc due to all the drama there.)
