Nobody Beats The Wiz!: MGM's "Off To See The Wizard" was a late '60s animated TV showcase for the studio's family-oriented films, the denizens of Oz appearing as hosts in bookend segments. The concept proved popular enough to spawn a fun little line of toys, coloring books, and colorforms playsets, as well as candy and band-aid endorsements. I couldn't find a single shot of The Wicked Witch jiggler out of her packaging.

Retro Oily Rubber Jiggler Toys

These are oily rubber jigglers reminiscent of the old 60's & 70's jigglers made by creators like Russ Berrie.
