Polytrix and gay Jinu fanfic idea

I was scrolling tiktok and saw this picture of Zoey and Mira as a cover for a magazine saying something like best duo and i was like 'damn thats kinda sad for Rumi.' So the idea for the fic was like what if after the movie Saja boys live and the internet has a lot of posts about how Rumi isnt as close to Zoey and Mira as they are to eachother. With the Saja boys Baby and Mystery are close and so are Abby with Romance but Jinu is by himself. But Rumi is inlove with her bandmates and jinu is inlove with someone in his band or all them and it is all over the place how the other bandmates in both groups are closer and more effectionate twards eachother. This leads to both talking to eachother about it and leaing their bands without telling others unless it was needed to quit the groups and this leaves the others confused about why their leaders left. So Rumi and Jinu become a duo and start a qpr where they become meneces to society with their shared pets. Anyway things are cleared up later polytrix gets together and Jinu gets his man or men and they all move into a tower together because they all besties. Yayy!!!!!!

City lights bore a scintillating wave of vividity into a window lined chamber, towering over the common below. Namsan Tower was one hell of a trip to return from to her room, Rumi thought as she walked into her bedroom with heavy eyes and a slouched back. 

Just ahead was her bed, one where a blue tiger layed and a magpie with three eyes and a gat hat resting on the tiger’s head. Rumi sighed.

Dragging herself over, Rumi flopped onto her cotton bedsheets with an exhale, resting her posture onto her elbows as she looked into the tiger’s fiery eyes.

Her eyes glance around before they land just by where the tiger had its claws on the bed. 

A woven bracelet, Rumi saw, one of blue and purple thread. The magpie perked in interest.

Rumi laced her fingers around the intricate weaves of each thread intertwining together to meet in a bicolored flower in the centre. A chill went down her spine as she pinched the bracelet off the bedsheets and into her palm, she still feels it, Rumi thought.

Rumi slouched, resting her head on her hand as she clutched the bracelet in the other. “I missed you, little guy.” She tiredly smiled, bringing up her rested hand to stroke at the tiger’s fur, its head nodding forward in response.

A doorknob clicked as its door swung open, bringing light to darkness of Rumi’s room.

The tiger, though, had perked up with a smile on its face, the magpie fluttered in pleasant surprise. Both animals had run off to the door. 

Rumi groaned in annoyance as she squinted, her eyes rejecting the sudden fluorescent hallway. “Zoey, Mira! I told you guys to leave me alone…” Rumi buried her face in her arms.

“Oh… I guess I’ll come back another time,” Rumi’s eyes snap open.

That voice… That deep and airy voice…

She whips her head to the door, a figure stood caressing the tiger on its head.

“Jinu…?”

Hello Everyone! I've been a fanfic addict since the Fanfic.net trenches in ye old 2010's, but I've never tried to write anything before. For some reason, an animated Netflix movie about demon-hunting kpop stars is what flipped the switch in my brain.

So here it is. My very first fic. No Beta Reader, we die like the Saja Boys. Please comment or leave kudos, I am very nervous and could use some encouragement!

Rumi: “Wait, can all demons shape shift?”

Jinu: “All jeoseung saja like us, and some of the other kinds of demons if they’re strong enough.”

*Couch*

Zoey: “So yeah, hot myth creatures like merpeople are insanely popular.”

Romance: “Like this?”

*Cue chaos*
