Jivara 40% milk chocolate is more on the sweet side rather than bitter. It has a balanced flavour with creamy, malty, and slightly vanilla-like flavour. This Jivara chocolate cake was truly exceptional, with the creamy French vanilla bean mousse which was utterly satisfying!
