Cannot get over the boy telling Zuko he hates him after he stood up for them 😢

I think the part that hurts me the most is that in all honesty the boy and his family were almost totally justified in turning on Zuko. Imagine finding out the guy you allowed into your home, fed him, let your guard down around him, let him teach you how to fight, then you find out that his entire fucking family is the reason you might never see your brother and possibly even your own father alive again

Anytime someone has a take, headcanon, or critique based around being "realistic" I think about the scene in Zuko Alone where all the farm animals are half pig.

Chill and let people enjoy things. This show is as silly as it is serious and you don't need to attach EVERYTHING to real world scenarios.

I think people need to engage with the reality that the most famous and popular episode of Book 2 was largely a concerted attempt to humanize Zuko by dehumanizing Azula. It's fine, it's a good episode, and there are even complexities you can see if you look closely, but that was its main intended effect on the audience and that's what it mostly did. People today are often a little delusional about how negatively Azula was framed in the series.

I mean they know who he is because he literally said it at the end of the episode. what do they think? Does Zuko ever run into Lee the kid again, or does he look for Sen Su (the older brother) as a Fire Nation pow. I have to know
