Wow. I cannot believe that the last season of Game Of Thrones was only three episodes long. Huh.

Wow. I cannot believe that the last season of Game Of Thrones was only three episodes long. Huh.
The only good thing about that finale is all those good fix-it fics we’re going to get.
got my game of thrones tattoo 🔥 Daenarys Stormborn of House Targaryen will forever and always be MY queen
I just love how Dany looks so mildly uncomfortable when Sansa mentions what they're all going to eat during the whole winter
My father made a good point today and I’d like to share it:
To everyone complaining about bad writing because so or so died or so and so lost this and so on whatever it is you know what I’m talking about you know who you are
That’s not bad writing,
That’s great writing.
That’s writing that’s isn’t smooth or fluffy
It writing that’s intriguing and keeps you on the edge of your seat
It’s writing that put characters into trying situations to explore their reactions
It’s that writing that got you attached to the characters in the first place.
This is mainly aimed at the Game of Thrones fan base right now, and perhaps the remnants of VLD but it applies to every great price of writing. In summary, chill tf out you’re the one watching the show so stfu.
You know what sucks the most?
*Spoilers ahead* Though if you're following me I'm sure you know at this point.
They could have set this up right. Subtle hints throughout SEASONS, rather than just the last two episodes that she was going crazy.
Then this episode you've got Varys betraying her. Trying to poison her (that's what that was right?) Trying to overthrow her.
She's lost her best friend.
She watched the north celebrate Jon.
She says "I don't have love here, only fear."
He says "I love you."
But she's smacked in the face with the realization that he can't really love her. Not the way she loves him.
She can't have love in Westeros.
"All right, then. Let it be fear."
So she gets to Kings Landing and hears the bells, the plan that Tyrion put in place. Tyrion, who was wrong about Cersei. Who was wrong about Jaime. Who, it appears, has chosen his family over his queen time and time again.
Let it be fear.
It's not the ending I would have wanted for her. But if they'd been setting her up to be the mad queen this whole time, what a great culmination of it this could have been. This could have been excellent writing. A great, if depressing, conclusion to the story they'd spent a decade telling.
But, this isn't the story they've spent a decade telling. This was a complete character assassination for shock value, and honestly, I'm not even shocked. Just disappointed.
exclusive jonarys scene from episode 2 of season 8
I’ve just posted a fuckton of Game of Thrones memes. So sorry but not sorry.
