According to Garmin my vo2 max is now excellent, hopefully means I'm less likely to keel over suddenly! My running goals this year are simple especially as I'm recovering from a major surgery (hysterectomy) and have yet to get my hormone levels right post surgery. I simply want to be healthy and to enjoy running. Of course it would be great to get faster or go farther but my main aim is simply to love the freedom and the mental/physical health benefits of running.
