This lip gloss from Julep is pretty darn amazing! It’s a cute, light pink color, and it has a ton of shine to it. I love it a lot - so much so, in fact, that I’ve been wearing it every day since I received it.

I tried this roll-on blush from Julep today. I had no clue what I was doing since I didn’t even realize roll-on blush existed. I swiped it across my cheek for a nice, BRIGHT streak. I, embarrassingly, had to do some research online to figure out that you dab a small bit of the blush on then take your finger or a pad and smooth it along your cheekbone. This was definitely an interesting experiment for me, but I’m not really diggin’ it. I like my blush to be a simple swipe so I can get on the move fast. But I appreciate being able to try this out!
Big December Julep Unboxing when up this morning!
Absolutely obsessed with Julep’s Sweep The Photogenic Palette and Airglow Orbital Eyeshadow. And as usual the polishes are gorgeous.

Finally finished! Haven't had much free time lately so this is the first time in a while I've been able to do some #nailart!! I got a very pretty sky blue color from #ChinaGlaze 's #TheGiver line, called: Capacity to see Beyond. (I want to see that movie real bad too! Looks so good!) Right after painting my nails a plain baby blue, I received my #Reese from #Julep! So I decided to add some Pink Reese to the blue in the form of some geometric pink tips; straight line thru my pinky fingers and thumbs, then opposite slanted lines on pointer and ring finger for a little variety, and then an upside down triangle on my middle finger!' Now they're symmetrical! Just how I love it! Once I did that, I was still debating in my head on what to add! Cause they still looked a bit plain.. And low and behold my #JulepMaven secret store purchases arrived in the mail including their newest addition to their #BirthstoneCollection: #PinkTourmaline for #October! It's simply gorgeous! It also was the perfect color to top over the Reese color! (I kinda put too many coats bc there was either barely there glitter or chunks of it..wasn't easy to get a nice even thin line 😕). Either way they still look fantastic! Lastly, I knew I wanted to add a little silver color btw the pink and blue; I just wasn't sure whether to use silver nail polish or glitter! Then I got a whacky idea of using the bigger sized glitter hexagons I have as a middle barrier and lay them flat side by side! And I think they came out amazing!! I love pink and baby blue together and the addition of the shiny reflective silver glitter makes my nails just sparkle and pop!! I am thinking about redoing the middle fingers because I don't really like how they came out, so I'll do that today! What do y'all think? Thanks for stopping by!! 💅 💜Amanda
Julep Box, February
I Just recently signed up for the Julep Maven monthly subscription box.
And I received this bad boy in the mail and thought I’d share a quick review of the box!
They have a promotion going on right now where your first box is free (plus $3.99 shipping), and thereafter it’s $19.99/month with a retail of $40+
I received 2 nail polishes, one in a deep cranberry color, the other a midnight blue. Both colors are gorgeous, the blue is unlike any blue I’ve ever seen, so dark blue it’s almost black, it’s stunning! The formula is fast drying and highly pigmented and very opaque.
I really love the formula of these polishes! The 3rd product I received was the Mighty Nail and Cuticle serum. It’s a peptide treatment that’s supposed to support healthy nail growth.
And lastly, I received 2 small julep files/buffing squares. Although tiny, they work pretty well.
I was really impressed by the quality of the nail polish, not too much with the other two products. I’m on the fence with this box. I love the polish but not enough to pay $19.99. Now, if the other two samples were something I liked I would say yes, it’d be worth it. I think I’m going to give it another month and to see if it’s worth the money. Until then, happy nail painting!:)

Our First Julep Maven Box
“It’s a beautiful day to be a Maven!”
We thought it was only right to sign up for our first Julep Maven box ourselves. We obviously redeemed a PRIMP Perk to get our first box FREE! After paying just $3.99 for shipping & handling, the pretty little box arrived in just a few days full of nail goodies.
The Julep Maven quiz determined us to be an “It Girl!” You’re into cutting-edge colors and finishes that make a statement. The It Girl Welcome Nail Box came with 3 shades: Bunny, Libby, & Elle plus a cute square nail file. There was also a card with a special 50% promo code for our next purchase.
Elle, Libby, Bunny.
For $3.99, we received $42+ of nail products. I mean, that’s crazy right? Next month our box will jump back up to $19.99/per month, but you are STILL getting a 50% discount on Julep products. Julep is always running rad deals like their 50% off March Mani Madness campaign where, as a Maven, you can get 2 full size college basketball themed polishes for 50% off – that’s only $16 if you’re bad at math
We can’t wait to see what comes in our next box! We might switch up our Style Profile to receive a different mix of products: 2 nail colors + a full-sized beauty product.
Pay shipping & handling only. First box signs you up for our monthly subscription. You can cancel any time. Promotional prices are applicable to first time Mavens and limited to one Maven box per household.
Right now, you can get your first monthly box of pretty free with a PRIMP Online Perk! It won’t last forever, so hurry up & redeem yours now.

Julep October modern beauty box. Includes Mask Noir a peel of mask. I tried it almost immediately. It is black in color which I've never had in a mask before. Can't tell u long term effects but I can tell you first opinions. It doesn't have a strong odor which is always a good benefit for a product used on the face. One problem I did run into was the application. The directions say apply generously in a even layer. Which I found difficult because it started drying almost immediately and after a few strokes you're rubbing it off. So u have to be very quick and work in sections. However one plus is that is was easily peeled off unlike some peek of masks. And It didn't leave a black residue. Time will tell if it works or not. The second item was a Kajal Eye Glider in Carbon black on one end and brown shimmer on the other end. Which also came with a sharpener. I like it so far. Both colors glided on wonderfully no dragging or tugging. Will have to wait and see how long they last. And then as with all boxes a free gift was included. A nice package of one of my favorite halloween candies: Candy Corn! I'm so far happy with this box. Will have to wait and see if it was truly worth it.
