Day 8 ♥ Blogilates Fitness Challenge
I know this is a little TMI, BUT MY PEE IS CLEAR!:D This means that I am now better hydrated and I am healthier, OHOHO, my diet has garnered positive results:)

Weight, Fat Percentage: 50.7kg, 22.1%
Thigh Measurement (10 inch. above knee cap) : 19" YAYAY!:D LOST HALF AN INCH:)

1) Breakfast: Fresh Juice (carrot, beetroot, apple, spinach) + Healthy Flourless Banana Pancakes:)
2) Lunch: Rice (white and bali) + Brocoli and cauliflower + black bean fish + beef + glass of homemade lemon honey drink
4) Dinner: Unheallthy Dinner:P mashed potatoes and roasted chicken
Mugs of Water: 5 (1 1/4 litre)
I wasn't feeling very well, so I didn't do any physical workouts today, but I did loads of mental workouts alright, stupid exponential and logarithmic formulas and remainder and factor theorem, I have a math exam in two weeks;( and I kinda procrastinated this whole holiday, panic mode now:(
