So basically after seeing the Shed 17 Trilogy, I had gotten my own idea for a Thomas Horror AU based off of the Magic Railroad Movie

The Summary of the plot is that the Conductor from the movie was involved in an accident that that caused Thomas and Conductor Junior (Conductor's Nephew) to crash into a windmill where Junior sadly lost his life and Thomas was battered and injured (???) to Hell and Back and was forced to retire from the tracks

Years Later, Weird Incidents start happening to the Railway Workers of Sodor (such as accidents and getting sick) and the Mentally Destroyed and Guilt Stricken Conductor has to pull himself together enough to get to the bottom of all these accidents and illnesses that keep befalling the other Conductors and Train Workers

Buddy rapidly lost track of his childhood dreams.

Starting to go on longer migrations, meeting Cain Tyrannosaurus and foolishly meeting him in secret (getting completely used and abused by him), shifting from denial of his mental health problems to entering an emo phase, all while dealing with earliest of his first symptoms of his incoming first growth spurt. He simply has too much going on to care about being a junior conductor anymore... and it's something everyone has grieved but Buddy himself.

In a ways, Buddy casting aside the Junior Conductor hat was only a symbol of his loss of childhood innocence.
