having people bug me abt my tics/nervous habits makes me go 💔 like WHY i do not control the random head movements/clapping/knuckle and joint popping/ WHATEVER else cuz i lose track like pls just let me live my life

#literally had some girl today tell me to stop like i can do anything about it #and then she said it was cuz i’m a ‘druggie’#pls literally begging ppl to have critical thinking skills for 5 seconds #just 5 #she calls me a freak for like breathing #and then turns around and is like ‘omg YEAH i’m sooooo adhd i check my phone sometimes’#what makes it worse is she tells ppl around her how she wishes ppl would be normal #cuz she thinks i’m too dumb to pick up when people are making subtle jabs at me
