Above all, do not lose your desire to walk: everyday I walk myself into a state of well-being and walk away from every illness; I have walked myself into my best thoughts, and I know of no thought so burdensome that one can not walk away from it. Even if one were to walk for one's health and it were constantly one station ahead-I would still say: Walk! Besides, it is also apparent that in walking one constantly gets as close to well-being as possible, even if one does not quite reach it-but by sitting still, and the more one sits still, the closer one comes to feeling ill. Health and salvation can only be found in motion. If anyone denies that motion exists, I do as Diogenes did, I walk. If anyone denies that health resides in motion, then I walk away from all morbid objections. If one just keeps on walking, everything will be all right.

Probably a random question but how do you handle eye strain? I find myself staring at screens often and eventually it bites me back in the form of migraines
Hello Anon! (o^ ^o)ノ
I stare at my laptop and screen probably more than 10 hours a day, and that means using my eyes to focus on an extended period of time, which causes eye strain.
I don't really have migraines or any headaches really. In my case my eyes would get blurry real fast and I just gotta stop and do something else.
My ophthalmologist told me to do this - 3 hours of eye strain (work), 15-20 minutes of rest (stop the eye-straining activity), and then continue again. Just like working out, our eyes have muscles too. It must rest for a while between reps to stay healthy and not overworked.
This might be a downer, but what I do between the reps is chores LMAO. I stay in a hostel, so I must clean my room, hand wash my clothes and hang them, fold the laundry, wipe the table, mop the floor. Heck. Anything. And then back to work again!
Other than that, this is just me and my routine but I like to walk. If I'm not too tired I'll wake up at 6 and start morning walking around the neighborhood for 30 minutes, and at like 8 PM I'd go for a walk again before pulling an all-nighter.
TL;DR : I move around and do chores or go outside for a walk. Do something else.
Anyway, there you have it! Hope that answers your question ٩(。•́‿•̀。)۶
Just Walk.
just walk away. If they cheat, they didn’t see your worth. They’re losing something when you walk away. Not you.

I ROCKED today! I went on a few walks earlier with doggy, thankfully he loves going outside and is such a good exercise buddy! By the time I did my workout video I had already gotten all my steps in for today. Whoop! So that means... Ice cream time! I know I said I wouldn't buy any ice cream, but seriously this has got to be the best ice cream in the world especially if you love banana. I planned for this ice cream tho. I worked really hard all day thinking I had to have enough room leftover for it, and it worked out perfectly 😍
