OIDA, DU BIST ROLLIG. LÄUFIG. IN DER BRUNFT.
WHATEVER.
German culture is looking up the date online to check what historical event happened on days you see a german flag on any local government building.
die drei ??? is just a giant fever dream germany had collectively
Trying to unlearn my mispronounciation of Aziraphale and Crowley is worse than when I was a child and the mindfuck I had over Fawkes and Carlisle. But those were cause I could barely speak english and this is entirely worse now.
The DJ is blaring 'Heat of the Moment' over the speakers at the nearest Schützenfest and I am having flaSHBACKS!
the real struggle:
KARTOFFELSALAT IST NUR DANN GUT WENN ER SCHWÄBISCH IST
toastertango replied to your post “Oooooh what did you get a Bußgeld for?”
Once when I was 14, I was fined 15€ for getting off of my bike 1m BEHIND the "Fußgängerzone" sign... ♀️
@toastertango
WHY IS OUR COUNTRY LIKE THIS??????
reminds me of the story of a friend of mine:
Near our school was a one-way lane - with an exception for bicycles. So she a bunch of other kids were driving through there like every day, except one day the police was waiting for them and started handing out tickets for driving in the wrong direction.
Obviously everyone complained and the tickets were void when the police actually went to check and saw there was a sign there allowing them to take the road.
But the worst thing about it: Less than a week later they took down the fucking sign that bikes could drive both ways. That’s the quickest response time I’ve ever seen in this fucking town to anything. Also after that I saw the police around there more often so I guess the entire plan was to make money of school-kids.
