The idea of Yaz, Sammy, and Brooklynn fixing up Darius cabin and such is so funny to me. Like the girls 100% had sleepovers in the cabin while Kenji slept in his trailer out back.
Sammy takes one look at his kitchen and is horrified at the amount of spray cheese and the lack of vegetables. "WHERE ARE THIS BOY'S VEGGIES?!?!"
Sammy drags Yaz to the farmers' market to fill Darius's kitchen with healthy food before he comes back. And of course, Darius is grateful but still goes to snack on spray cheese over the veggies, and Sammy gives him a lecture about healthy eating. She will instill healthy eating habits in this boy.
It gets worse when all three boys are living together. The man cave vibes cause Sammy's eyebrow to twitch. Plus, they have to eat healthy for Ben's health, which they do for the most part. Kenji is a pretty good cook and is very careful to make sure Ben has plenty of good food to eat.
BUT somehow Yasammy's visits always end up colliding with the boys having a cheat day or a sweets day, so Sammy extends their visit to drag the boys to the farmers market for good food. Kenji does this on purpose sometimes because extending the visit means Yaz doesn't get to take her girlfriend home until later.
Brooklynn: I can't believe you guys are cockblocking Yaz by not eating broccoli.
Yaz: Never say that ever again.
