Spoilers for this years Dromies, but I'm fairly certain I'm the only one who gives a damn sooo...

How do you think Ben feels about him nearly dying winning the award for 'best part of Chaos Theory seasons 3 and 4'? Personally I think he would be pissed off. I mean, how would you feel if you almost dying won an award?

I love a happy ending and I love Ben but. I need Ben to die. I guess technically he did die but off screen and only for a second. I needed him to die, in front of us, on camera, preferably in Kenji's arms.

As I am more in the JWCC/CT Fandom again I'd like to share my Ben Pincus headcanons as his self proclaimed number one fan

He's my absolute fav and his actor is one of my favs, Sean Giambrone is like the coolest person ever and I'd love to meet him one day at like a comic con or something

Anyway, let's get on with it!

I like to think Ben is a reform Jew. I'd like to think his mom grew up in an orthodox household but after she was an adult she did some research on her culture/religion and found she liked reform Judaism better. She is still close to her orthodox family although, things are slightly tense as orthodox is more traditional.

I like to think Ben's mom is a bit of a wild spirit which is where Ben gets it from later on when he's less scared of everything. It's something that's kinda been buried in there but if it weren't for wild mama genes he might've not been our favorite jungle "man".

I like to think Ben loves his mom very much and when Ben was more cautious and scared she tried her best to help him out. She didn't push him to do anything he didn't want to but always gave him a nudge. Ofc, he didn't want to go to Camp Cretaceous but she convinced him. I like to think he really liked dinosaurs and would watch related media and read some books to do with it but was to scared to ever approach one at his mom's job. Because of his love for them his mom eventually convinced him. I just love the idea of his mom being this firey woman just so unapologetically going after what she believes in and Ben being scared and nervous of almost everything and takes every little precaution. He reminds me sm of myself of who younger me was and who younger me became

I like to think Ben is trans FtM and his mom immediately accepted him, his family took it extremely well as in the Torrah transgender as well as other genders are formally recognized.

Later on he also realized he was gay, but with him being trans a lot of his family expected him to like women. It's not that they didn't accept being gay, lesbian, bi, or whatever else. It was just kind of expected of him and while orthodox Jewish people support different genders, sexuality can get a bit more of a mixed response. While he knew his mom, being someone who was understanding of pretty much anything would most likely support he was still scared. Especially because of the rest of his family and other people he knows. As LGBTQ people still fight for their rights today.

Due to Ben being scared he later on in his life enters a lavender relationship with Gia (this is explained in one of my past posts)

Ben comes out around the same time Gia comes out to her nana and Ben's family as well as Gia's nana are very accepting

I also think Ben likes Darius but gets too scared to make a move. He has no idea of Darius' sexuality and does nothing. I'd like to think later on, after Gia and Ben end their lavender relationship and explain it to everyone that Ben confesses to Darius and they get together.

Ben and Yas are obviously best friends, this is like a highly accepted fact

Ben is a cat person, I think most people would think he's a dog person but if we think of Ben as a whole, who he was before and after Camp Cretaceous, definitely a cat person, he likes cats

Ben has definitely gone DEEP into fandoms and theories for fandoms. He's like the most deep diver of deep divers and its great.

Ben likes to wear all kinds of alternative clothing as well as just clothing that makes him feel comfy or are fun and silly looking like those weird t-shirts they sell at 5-Below and Hot Topic

Ben, as we see, is still the old him, he's just more comfortable with himself and his environment. That nervous kid who came to Nublar. He's just more brave and loud than before but deep down. He'll always be Benjamin Pincus.

Ben likes to cosplay and make props. Making props is his favorite thing ever, specifically weapon props. He's a little nerd and plays DND, probs.

Ben loves to read, is a HUGE book fanatic. Specially fantasy.

One of his favorite childhood movies is Pagemaster (very real)

He uses fantasy and books and his other interests to escape reality.

Ben has AuDHD (mainly ADHD in my head) and so spacing out/hyperfocusing on things go brrrrrr

Ben has a thing about texture when it comes to food, is a bit of a picky eater. Well, until grubs, he's still pretty picky but yknow

He loves video games, specifically Pokémon and Sonic, his fav is probably Shadow or Tails. Maybe Silver, favorite pokemon is eevee and has been since forever

Because I'm getting more Camp Cretaceous and Chaos Theory in my feed again, I'd like to put in my piece

I like to think Ben and Gia were in a lavender relationship, Ben being gay and Gia being lesbian because we see how conservative her grandma was and Ben being the sweet boy he is (also not sure how his family and other people minus the rest of the Nublar Six, might react) they craft a fake relationship and I think after everything's over and settled they "break up" and Gia tells her grandma

I just could never see Ben liking women imo and Gia gives huge lesbian vibes but you can tell she wants her grandma to love and accept her and she doesn't want to lose her hut her grandma was also very conservative so she hid the fact she was lesbian for a while

This is my personal opinion

In my head they still love each other very much, just nor romantically and I love them with all my heart

I think though, they have a very strong platonic relationship and are platonic soulmates
