Today's siren of the day is the JYRI by the university of Oulu! (Finland)

Oh? What's this? A kind of one of a kind rare siren built by an university? You're reading right! This very interesting siren has been firstly built in (to be assumed) in the 1990s. There's not much known about the history except that some companies in Finland got a license for this siren. Other than that it's interesting how it seems to work. You'll hear in today's video! Someone in the YouTube comment section pointed out it sounds like it's being regulated manually! But hear for yourself. It kinda sounds spooky which is due to its low tone
