It is a good day when I see notifications from your blog about Elucien!!! My FAVORITE topic!!!! 😍 I wonder how Maas is going to have Elain heal and accept her fae-ness. She’s shown just how healing a mating bond and support from your mate can be. I wonder when Elain opens up a bit if Lucien will help show her how great being fae is. And if one night Elain will be looking at Lucien and think about how Feyre told Nesta alllllll the things she can do better as Fae.

If I got paid for writing about elucien y’all would be keeping me in business!

I wonder if Elain is as resentful about being fae as Nesta is. We just haven’t seen enough from her POV to know! I feel like Nesta was a lot more biased against the fae, so maybe it will be harder for Nesta than Elain. idk, to me it seemed more like Elain was angry that she lost the future she wanted, more than she resented being fae or having powers.

The bond, though... I can definitely see them having fun with that...

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but why did Fergie and Andrew have such a big wedding with a balcony appearance but Harry and Megan seem to be planning on a smaller one without one? Economic times? Personality differences?

Usually the “spare” does have a big wedding- Margaret and Andrew both married at Westminster Abbey, as did George VI who was spare at the time. So it’s Harry and Meghan who are breaking with tradition rather than Andrew and Fergie. However, I think it’s probably a lot to do with personalities as Andrew and Fergie like wealth, luxury and extravagance whereas Meghan and Harry seem to want to be low key.

this isn’t REALLY that but

so maybe at one point emily and jon have the talk about exceptions. they’re gonna be faithful to each other, of course they are, but there’s gotta be that one person they’re allowed to break their vows for, someone they’d never really have a chance with, but who they get to hook up with if hell freezes over and the opportunity is there. 

“taylor,” says emily immediately. she’d never say it out loud, but she’s looked carefully at taylor and karlie together and privately she thinks maybe she could be taylor’s type. realistically she’ll never even get to meet her, but just in case, she wants jon to pre-approve. 

jon’s eyes light up. “obviously. no problem. go for it!”

he’s actually too enthusiastic. “shut up, sleazeball,” emily says. “now who’s yours?”

she expects him to answer immediately. it’s not like anyone could miss how worshipfully jon’s eyes follow the president whenever they’re in the same room. still, jon takes a moment to think about it.

“it’s okay, jon,” says emily, when she’s tired of waiting. “i already know how you feel about obama.”

“oh,” says jon. “right, haha.”

emily leans in for a kiss. “honestly though babe? i think my exception’s way more of a sure thing.”

when jon considers this conversation later, he barely remembers how in that moment of hesitation, for a split second he thought of someone else. it’s just weird how minds work, that’s all. anyway, emily and taylor would be crazy hot together. he thinks about that instead.

yeah but noah fence to tommy it was one of the worst looking pumpkins out of them all lol but i don’t get it either!!! HE’S NEVER WEARING SOCKS i hate having to see his dumb ankle bones all the time i can’t handle it
