Rewatching Unforgotten Night with the people in the discord server is making me remember how much I love how emotionally intelligent Kim is in just about every situation.

Like once he gets comfortable in the house and with everyone, he is consistently becomes the glue that holds them together in the family shape they take by the end. He is able to pick up on the root of the problem almost right away and isn’t afraid to be direct with Kamol when literally no one else is.

The series may not be very good but damn did they do this right.

It was so cringycute I had to pause last episode numerous times to just sit with my face in hands.

I don’t know what I like the most? The (very) big mafia boss listening to some guy telling him that he should give his brother (also mafia boss) more love cause he have a sociopath tendencies cause he feels lonely and not appreciated enough. Mafia boss brother also cry and hug the guy (he threatened to kill the guy's parents and all his friends an episode earlier) and thanked him for understanding.

The totally unexpected for a bride boy kind of a wedding ceremony?

The former mafia boss having the talk from his partner dad?

The very end of that sweet episode when they give like a 5 second to my beloved BDSM arc in a form of ‘hmmm, let’s don’t do it in a bedroom today’. (I saw you have a sex dungeon, in episode 5. But you didn’t show me that not even once more).

The fact that we now totally established the three bodyguards polyamory relationship? (I thought it was like a one time shower thing but thinking about it now… it was waaay to natural for them. I was the only one surprised.)
