You were the person I used to go to every time I needed advice.

Your presence made me happy, but that came with a price.

Your words calming and soothing, never thought it could end.

But now we are two strangers, who needed to part ways.

A letter to a person who used to be my friend,

unimaginable what we’ve become, a road towards nothingness.

Because those soothing things you’d tell me, that used to heal my heart; turned into icy cold stabs of a knife.

But regardless, everything has to come to an end,

and I suppose we’ve reached that, given the fact that we are not even on speaking terms.

I still wish you the best, with whatever you do with your life.

Sad I couldn’t be part of it, that would’ve been nice…

But things change and grow, and we have outgrown each other.

So I guess this is it. This is my goodbye. A letter to a person who used to be my friend, hope we heal with time….
