despite it all, i grew up with this show. i watched it in 2016 when i was way too young to be watching it. ive been a will byers lover since day one, a jonathan stan from before they ruined his character (feel free to disagree!).

despite my disappointment, despite the ships that have sunk, i will continue to love an appreciate this show. and ship byler, of course.

Everyone out there saying xiuhan is dead or that hunhan is dead

You can't kill something just because a person is in a relationship. You can't kill a ship unless every single person in the fandom leaves it. So long as there is artwork and fanfiction a ship remains alive. So fuck it if Luhan has a girlfriend. Good for him. But that doesn't mean I have to stop shipping him. The same shit happened with Baekhyun and Chanyeol. Everyone was all doom and gloom but did the ship really die? Did it? Nah. So I need people to stop. I know some people are really delusional. I get that actually involving the people in the ships is wrong. But don't let the minority ruin it for the rest of us.
