Prep time 10 minutes Cook time 15 minutes Makes 16 Ingredients 85gms melted butter 2 cups almond flour ⅓ Cup monk fruit sweetener 1 tps Vanilla extract 1 egg Directions. Melt butter. In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients and vanilla extract, slowly add butter, mix until wet sand appearance, add egg. Beat until dough forms. Remove dough from bowl and place on a large sheet of cling wrap or baking paper, roll into a log, wrap and place in refrigerator for 2 hours to firm. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Remove dough from fridge and slice into 2 cm slices. Place onto a lined baking tray. Back for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Once baked, remove and allow to cool. Recipe is from @lowcarb.nancy. 1 1/2 cup almond flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/3 cup sour cream 2 eggs 4 tbsp melted butter Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together and then fold wet into dry. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. When they came out I spread some @kerrygold butter on them.
