Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed. 2 large eggs. 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cut in cold butter cubes using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and almond milk. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead it a few times. Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness and cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
