Celebrating my 6ish month on keto! Excited to say that I lost my first 40lbs and have another 40ish to go! So proud of myself and my journey so far! I have been spending months kicking ass & trying so hard, I am so glad it is paying off.

Starting my week 2 strong by doing some cycling between my classes!
I made a cute little zine today filled with motivational quotes (15 of them to be exact) as a way to relieve some stress I have been having about not losing any weight and not being able to stay motivated when working out. The goal is that for the next 66 days (the scientific average of when new a new habit is an automatic response) I can go into the zine and write a quick note of the backside of it based on which one stood out to me the most that day!
Finally made it up to 230lbs in my leg press! Knocking off my first weightlifting task for this week!
I got my shit together and went to cycling today! I was going to take a post-workout selfie but wasn't able to before I had to rush to class!
I rechecked my weight recently and noticed that I have been at around 240s lbs for the past 4 months. I am getting a little frustrated that I haven't lost any weight, but also on the flip side I keep gaining muscle mass so maybe eventually. Any advice to kickstart weight loss again?
Still working at Keto especially after my week has been both wonderful (did all the things I have been putting off) and frustrating (low-key killed my laptop, and found out my weight gain from 2016 to 2018 might be due to a medication I am on). I am still hovering around 240's after several weeks of being at 230's. Though looking at some of the stats and pictures compared from now and November (both at around 240lbs) I can see some small differences, which is a swap of about 6lbs of muscles from fat. Anyways, that is what has been going on in my world, and I am going to keep on pushing!
I love these noodles (super keto friendly)! I made a ramen with them tonight for date night! I may post the recipe for the ramen later tonight or tomorrow, if people are interested!
