So a gain for this week. For an overall look at my week.... I was good... drank more water, started exercising, ate more food ( I was coming in below my calorie goal). Ok so this weekend, I had a bite or two of everyone else’s dessert. It was my dad birthday and I had a small piece of cake. But not 3lbs worth of little cheats. ARRRGGH. Ok it is out of my system.
Weight loss is not linear. I know to expect ups and downs. Do I feel good? YES! I feel better than I have ever felt in my whole life. Can I tell my body is changing when I move and wear clothes? YES. So am I going to let a number on a scale deter me and make me throw my hands up so I can gain it all back and continue to struggle? NO. I am breaking this weight cycle and going to continue this journey.
I think I am going to continue to work on my water intake. I liked my system this week. I had a soda for lunch but drank water throughout the day. I don’t feel deprived on my soda addiction but I am still getting my water in .
I do think I want to try another workout. I love the 21 day fix but I want to give something else a whirl.
