Ingredients: 2 racks of baby back pork ribs. 1/4 cup paprika. 2 tbsp brown sugar substitute like erythritol. 1 tbsp salt. 1 tbsp black pepper. 1 tbsp chili powder. 1 tbsp garlic powder. 1 tbsp onion powder. 1 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste. 1/2 cup sugar-free barbecue sauce.
Instructions: Before you start, heat your oven to 275F 135C. Take the membrane off of the back of the ribs and use paper towels to dry them. To make the dry rub, put paprika, pepper, salt, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Spread a lot of the dry rub on both sides of the ribs to make sure it covers them evenly. Put the ribs on a foil-covered baking sheet so that the meat side is facing up. Put another piece of foil over it tightly to make a sealed packet. The ribs should be baked in a hot oven for two and a half to three hours, or until they are soft. Warm up your grill or broiler. Carefully take the ribs out of the foil and put them on the grill or under the broiler. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, basting them with sugar-free barbecue sauce and turning them every now and then, until they have a nice char. Take them off the heat and let them rest for a few minutes. Then cut them in half through the bones. Put the Keto Barbecue Dry Rub Ribs on a plate and add your favorite low-carb sides and extra barbecue sauce.
Cook Time: 2.5 to 3 hours
