This is from September 2024. This illustration was inspired by the song Microwave Popcorn by Bo Burnham from the Inside Outtakes. I interpret this song to be about depression, and it reminded me of Blitz. : ( Blitz is very angry-depression lol. I really challenged myself with the intense perspective and layout. And I remember the shadow casting was fun too! I think they still hold up. Here is my process for this artwork:

I love symbolism. Complete nerd. Absolute slut for using visual language ideas to communicate meaning and story lol. I learned this stuff from my Full Moon Compositional Analysis!! ^^^

✨ Notre Dame De Paris✨

I wanted this one to be somewhat painterly and impressionistic. My whole intention was to capture the haunting beauty of the cathedral. As a sucker for stained glass, I hope I manage to capture its beauty.
