I bought FirealpacaSE while working on this and oh my god that made it so much easier to complete. But yey! The plot introduction begins! Still got a bit before I can reveal the name of the comic but hehe we will get there :3

Thank you for reading what I have so far, I'll do my best to start the next chapter as soon as I can; it's already storyboarded and written, so that's gotta be worth something right?

but did you consider the fact the whole cast of 100 Acre Wood also lives there.

Imagine the arguments between the engineer and wizard trickling down leading to very awkward moment when Kanga pops her head out to tell them to pipe down because Roo has learnt Cid's very flowery language.

Aerith:Guys, where my little sor sor?

Leon:You mean Sora? No clue Aerith.

Cid:Yeah think the kid left Traverse town already.

Aerith:What? Noooooo! I didn't get to hug him goodbye! Maybe he hasnt left yet.

Aerith dash of in hopes to find sora, and after a few minutes Sora pop his head of the closet.

Sora:Is she gone?

Leon:She's gone.

Sora sigh of relief and sit next to leon.

Leon:If you don't like her hugging you all the time tell her to stop.

Sora:But then she gets sad, and I feel bad. I mean isnt that why you still drink her super sweet tea?

Leon:........ Whatever.

I hate that they never went more into Cid lowkey adopting Sora in KH1 like I never played FF7 (I think that's the one Cid appears in yeah?) but that man took one look at that sassy 14 year old kid with a saviour complex who called him "gramps" despite Cid being the only character old enough to be his father and decided that he would protect him both by offering him a safe place if he needed it, being the only one to care about Sora as a child and is the only adult character in this whole damn series that saw Sora as a kid and apologised for Sora having to do the job an adult should've done in saving the universe.

Like why do people see Leon and Cloud as his dads aside from Donald and Goofy when none of them appear old enough to be his parents and have attacked/abandoned him in the past when Mr. "saved a ragtag group of angst final fantasy teen characters from their dying world and then immediately saw a Disney child and tried to adopt him" Cid is RIGHT THERE.

So since I can’t draw to save my life, but I thought the Data Greeting for ReMind was the next best thing to tell you all a headcanon I’ve always found interesting—

(Let’s all pretend that they have their new outfits on instead of their Cloaks.)

So I have a headcanon that ever since KH2 and what DiZ did to him, Roxas has Cyberphobia, or a fear of computers. Now he can use a GummiPhone just fine, but anything bigger then that, and he immediately flashes back to those days, the seven days he was with DiZ, and the pain and anger he felt.

So the story behind these images goes as this; while their visiting Radiant Garden, they stop by Cid’s to see if they had any new info on Sora, now they’ve met Cid and Leon before but Roxas and Xion have never been to his place, so the second Roxas see that old computer of Cid’s it only takes a second and Roxas is back there again and he panics.

So much in fact, that he destroys Cid’s computer and bolted seconds after that. Axel and Xion chase after him and it’s there that Roxas explains and Axel immediately understands, and hugs his kid because he knows, because he was somewhat present through some of all that happened in the Digital Twilight Town. And then Isa seeing them, and seeing the situation he immediately offers his support.

For Day 10 of KHanuary, we're bringing in another staple of Final Fantasy: Cid. In the Final Fantasy franchise, each game has had a character named Cid somewhere in its story. In Kingdom Hearts, we have Final Fantasy VII’s Cid Highwind.

Cid is another of Sora's allies, and part of the Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden Restoration Committee alongside Leon, Yuffie and Aerith. On Sora's first journey, he help him, Donald & Goofy out by installing navigation blocks on their Gummi Ship, which would be how they travel to different Disney worlds, and showing you how to build ships in-game. In KH2, he was the main technician of the Restoration Committee, in charge of keeping the town’s defense systems running.
