ooo depends! i’d say it’d be more of a personal thing, at a place the two like to go/has good memories for the two. kirishima would be a bit nervous but overall decide to go for it! i don’t think he would have a solid step by step plan, and if he did he would go off script due to his nerves :) it would be cute (and manly of course!), but overall i can think of multiple scenarios in which it could happen
