It’s honestly just Jisoo not becoming a pimp and living out his normal day to day school life. He manages to pay for everything because of an inheritance he got from his mother that his father has absolutely no access to. Because there isn’t exactly bad blood between him and his mum, the latter just abandoned her son once he was old enough to look after himself.
Mr. Lee is like a father figure to Jisoo and helps him out with living and things like that. Mainly because I love that man and he was very fatherly in a gruff sort of manner toward Minhee so I just want him to be like that toward Jisoo.
Bae-Gyuri is like a sister sort of figure to Jisoo or they’re like best bros. Because honestly I saw them more as siblings than actual love interests. Bae-Gyuri is definitely older and tries to help Jisoo to get out of his shell more (which works like twice) and maybe tries to hook him up with her friends sometimes.
I feel like Minhee and Jisoo would have developed a weird sort of friendship if they had the chance to do so. Like she would still treat him like she did in the show (kind of dismissive, exasperated and annoyed) but she’d also get pretty protective over him as well. Like in that whole “I can call him this but if you do it I’ll tell Mr. Lee about it” and she’s the one who ultimately looks after him when Mr. Lee has other things to do or somewhere else to go. Which when I look back on it now makes more of a sister figure but that works too.
Kitae’s there because he makes me laugh, was hot af and definitely a little on the fruity side. I will stand by that statement till the end of my days. But he dates Minhee for a while but once she introduces him to Jisoo he kind of loses interest in her. (She was totally fine with it because she was actually starting to like someone else)
So he keeps trying to flirt with Jisoo in his weird Kitae way, and keeps trying to drag him out to do things. It’s highly amusing for Bae-Gyuri and Minhee and they often time purposely leave Jisoo with him just to watch him get flustered. It’s highly adorable.
Eventually Kitae manages to wear him down enough to have Jisoo actually talking back to him, with all that glorious sass that he held in the show, and it makes Kitae fall so much harder for him.
It’s all just super cute and fluffy and Kitae definitely has to go through Minhee, Bae-Gyuri and Mr. Lee just to get the approval to even ask Jisoo out on a date. He manages to do it but Mr. Lee had promised him serious pain and death with merely a look while nodding once. The sight is enough to make him seriously think on whether dating Jisoo is gonna be worth it. But after like 30 seconds and a simple smile from the shorter male, has him completely throwing caution to the wind and diving head first into it.
A not so great idea considering Minhee was a snitch and gladly ratted him out whenever he got too handsy with her pseudo brother/friend.
But yeah. I honestly just want a cute, fluffy AU with my favourite characters and a ship that has nothing on it.

I made myself mad by daydreaming, so here's a drabble - ? - about the childhood of Jay, and how he new the original owner of big Daniel. TW - parental abuse, homophobia
Is it him?!, Jay thought to himself as he noticed Daniel for the first time.
He immediately knew it, it must only be his James right? The James he had loved every since he can remember.
He just knew it, by the way he jodged punches. He just watched, a thousand of thoughts running through his head.
Why didn't he recognise him, go to him, talk to him, Why did he change his name?
It's all like the past was sucking him back in.

Jay was happy, he could finally go back to school.
It's not what you would expect from a ten year old, but he just couldn't help himself. It's monday, so that means he can see his crush.
Ah, James. They were the same age, but Jay felt like he can learn so much from him. He is the smartest in class after all.
He is nice, smart and very strong. He has even taught Jay how to fight, he wanted to be as cool as his little love. He wanted to protect him, and what other way was better than to honour the arts of fights?
He ran excitedly towards the door, while putting his back pack on. His eyes had stars in it, and his face the brightest smile as possible.
He was ready to grab the door, when he had to stop himself.
Suddenly his dad's figure showed up in front of him, sending chills down to his spine.
He has always scared him, ever since the passing of his mom, his dad was a two faced mask.
In public, he pretended everything was fine, but behind closed doors? He became a nightmare. He was violent and abusive, but only towards Jay.
Even by his sight, he had to take a step back.
" Son? We need to talk "
Jay started playing with his fingers, and gave a small nod. He went towards their kitchen, and sat down.
What could it be? When dad wants to talk, he is never taking things light hearted.
He glanced up, where his order brother stood at. Kitae's eyes could cut through anything, and Jay felt no otherwise. He had his arms crossed around in front of his chest.
The little one could only look away, tension building up inside him. He kept playing with his fingers and staring at the table in his sight.
His dad sat across him, putting his older brother's phone on the table. The gallery was open and wide.
There it was, James and Jay innocently smooching, if it can even be called that. They were holding hands, sitting on their favourite stairs, one swipe and it was them holding hands, another one, hugging at their bus stop. They came like that, one after another.
" Explain these to me, son. "
He couldn't, he was shaking in fear, barely hearing anything being said. A thousand thoughts ran through his head, yet the only one that mattered to him at the moment was " Is James alright? "
His breath kept getting quicker and quicker, mimicking his heart rate. The room swayed around him, he stood up and grabbed his chest.
He attempted to go away, to take his medication. However, he landed on the floor.
He got slapped by his father, and he could finally hear everything. His father's yelling, the crying of his little sister who was held back upon running there, and the cruellest of them all, his brother.
" If you are going to live like that, you should go kill yourself. Do you think that will be accepted? "
Jay has never liked to cry at the sight of other's, but he couldn't help himself. Maybe, just maybe they said that to James, or even worse. He grabbed the ankle of his father, and begged.
His voice was small, and unclear, but that didn't stop him.
" Father, please don't do this "
He got kicked.
It's no use, to talk to someone who's heart is frozen over.
He got grabbed my the arm, and straightened up. He didn't look up, just held his cheek and arm. Crying is no use, he just held it back.
" That's it, this is the last bit. Tomorrow, you will go train with Sophia. You have been causing too much trouble, I can look past fights but not this. "
That's how it all began, and how it all ended.

No. He thought to himself, he definitely knows it's him.
Anyone could go through a name change right? For whatever reason, he decided to trust his gut.
He couldn't help but filled with love, he felt a sense of belonging.
Jay has made up his mind, whatever it takes, he will protect his first ever special someone. Even if he doesn't remember.

jaehyun had texted sarah, his step sister, earlier, asking her where their father was and if he was around their family. he asked her to stay close to him when he called, just to back him up in case things went south. jaehyun couldn’t believe it’s really been a few years since he’s moved to london and started dating kitae, and he still haven’t come out to anyone in his family except for his sister. and now was the time. he had to tell them. he couldn’t get married without doing so. “dad?” he spoke up when the man answered the phone on speaker, trying so hard not to sound shaky. he even held kitae’s hand tighter. his father talked to him, catching up a little with basic questions. he sounded so nice and caring for a dad who didn’t give him as much attention as he should’ve. for a dad who had left him and his mother behind when he’s found a better life.
“well, uh...” jaehyun trailed off when he was asked what he was calling for, and he looked at his fiance with panic. “things... a lot of things happened s-since i moved here. uh... i’m... kind of... getting married?” he heard his father congratulate him happily with a little laugh, now expecting that kind of news. “and... and i’m gay.” he broke it down before he could back out, and his breathing stopped for the moment of silence that suddenly took over. jaehyun couldn’t help but scoot closer to kitae, expecting the worst from his dad.
