Messy Emotions
Summary: Y/N was with her brother Stefan during the 1920s and fell for Klaus easily. For the first time in a long time, Klaus felt more than just lust. But all of that had to be forgotten when Mikael came. Still, Y/N can feel the bond when he returns to Mystic Falls.
The 1920s was an interesting period for Klaus and Rebekah. Women were finally taking claiming their confidence. The economy was in its boom before the bust and Jazz music had been emerging.
They were in Gloria’s bar most days of the week, Rebekah would wind up with another man every other night, heartbroken over the one before, whilst Klaus grew more and more annoyed with her.
Rebekah was delighted when she found Stefan. Even more so when he said he needed to find his sister. “If I sit down without her, she’ll be looking for me all night.” He chuckled, looking around. Rebekah followed his eye-line when his face hardened. Y/N was dancing with some man, their bodies very close. “Excuse me.” Stefan muttered to Rebekah before pushing his way through the people.
Klaus had marched over to Rebekah at the same time, demanding they leave but Rebekah protested. She argued Stefan was different, a vampire like them. Klaus only rolled his eyes before he was knocked into.
“Ow- for christs sake Stefan! You can’t just throw me around!” Y/N shoved Stefan back and scoffed, turning around and seeing Klaus and Rebekah staring back at her. A from adorned her face before Stefan grabbed her arm, pulling her to him.
“Y/N.” He whispered sternly and she sighed.
“Jazz is supposed to be danced to.” She protested and Stefan’s eyes narrowed.
“I have never seen anyone dance like that.”
“That’s because you’re old and boring.”
“I’m older by about eight minutes.” He deadpanned and she shrugged.
“Well it shows.”
Rebekah felt a smile pull at her lips. She wasn’t sure if she likes Stefan or Y/N more. She glanced at Klaus, seeing the little glint in his eye and immediately deciding they would all go to the booth.
Stefan kept a hold of Y/N, seating her beside him.
“Oh, but I wanted to sit beside you, Stefan.” Rebekah purred, her eyes big and soft. With a moments thought, Stefan lifted his sister and set her down on the other side of him. Between himself and Klaus.
Stefan and Rebekah were all over each other in moments. Y/N just huffed and turned to look at Klaus. He was handsome, more so than she’d realised from just glancing at him earlier. A vampire too, he’d been drinking fresh blood all night.
“So, how old are you.” She asked and one side of his mouth turned upwards.
“Too old, love.” He answered vaguely and she narrowed her eyes. “Somewhere around 900.” He revealed proudly and her eyes furrowed.
“Well…that is old.” She nodded and Klaus laughed. “Stef and I are in our 70s now.” She smiled and Klaus hummed.
“You don’t look a day over 60, sweetheart.” He teased and she laughed lightly.
The night was filled with laughter and stories. Klaus of course had many. A few touches managed to go unnoticed by Stefan and at the end of the night, Klaus managed a kiss. Just a soft, brisk one to her lips before Stefan called her into the car.
The four of them would then meet there night after night.
One of said evenings, Y/N arrived late. Her eyes landed on their booth, more specifically the entertainment they’d indulged in. The heavy smell of blood made her breath shaky. She knew Stefan’s emotions were supposedly off and he was embracing his ripper but she was still trying to control hers. Stefan had been kind enough to drink when she wasn’t there.
Klaus spotted her just as the compelled man drank the blood of his wife. He began to laugh before seeing the queasy expression on her face. He stood from the table quickly and followed her outside.
Klaus felt confused when she threw up across the floor. His hands quickly came to stable her, holding her up and trying to end her trembles.
“It’s alright, love.” He murmured, rubbing her arm. “You must’ve eaten someone bad, hm?” He pulled out the handkerchief from his pocket and wiped her mouth. Klaus felt her begin to relax a little before Stefan came out the door. Blood still stained his mouth and clothes making Y/N back away behind Klaus.
“Y/N, I didn’t know you were there yet.” Stefan tried, “I’m sorry.”
“It’s fine.” She whimpered. “I’m just going to go back now.” She tried not to look, not to smell it but her mouth was already watering.
“Okay.” He whispered, stepping back for her.
Klaus frowned and glanced at Rebekah who just mouthed ‘ripper’. Klaus turned to look down at Y/N, the red lines beneath her eyes prominent and pulsing.
“I’ll get her home safely.” Klaus nodded, wrapping his arm down her waist and beginning to walk her away. Y/N held onto his arm tight, trying to look away from any humans they went past. Klaus’s grip tightened slightly and he practically carried her home.
She apologised quietly as he sat down with her on the couch. He looked around a little confused as to why she and Stefan were staying in some mediocre hotel when they could compel whatever they wanted.
“You two should come where we’re staying, it’s much better than here.” He murmured whilst stroking her hair. Klaus glanced back down at her, vampire features still on display. She was hungry. Klaus caressed her back gently and kissed the top of her head. “What do you drink, love?” He asked and she glanced down, embarrassed already.
“Stefan had this friend, Lexi. She taught us to drink animal blood instead.” She mumbled and he nodded. Klaus didn’t get it, he thought vampires should embrace the darkness and enjoy the rampage but looking at her, he didn’t want her to feel judged.
For a moment he considered getting her an animal to eat, but then he glanced down at the veins in his own arm.
“What about vampire blood?” He questioned, his hand tucking her hair behind her ears. Y/N glanced up at him, confused before shaking her head. Klaus could feel a smile tugging at him but he pushed it down. His wrist lifted, an invitation. She hesitated, but accepted. Klaus groaned softly when she sunk her teeth in. His other arm went around her, pulling her close and holding her hip as she drank. She wasn’t gentle, couldn’t be, but Klaus didn’t care. His eyes closed for only a second, he kept wanting to watch her. The blood dripping down her mouth, her eyes almost black. Klaus reached out, pressing his finger and thumb into the sides of her jaw making her release him. He pulled his wrist away, letting it heal and watching her slowly calm back down.
“You…you stopped me.” She whispered and he hummed, reaching out to wipe her chin. Y/N stared at him quietly for a moment before shifting forward to hug him. Klaus wrapped her up in his arms, murmuring that it was okay and that she did a good job.
Y/N pulled back slightly, only enough to tilt her head back and push her mouth to his. Klaus responded quickly, kissing her back with passion. His hands moved down her body quickly, fingers curling under the bottom of her dress. Klaus let out a grunt when her fang slid over his lips, blood pooling quickly. He pulled away, hand grabbing her hair and holding her back as the veins reemerged across her face.
“Alright, love.” He murmured, holding her back as he watched the animal in her rise. His eyes locked on hers and she sunk into them. “You’re not hungry anymore.” He compelled and her body relaxed. “You won’t hurt me.”
Y/N moved to kiss him again, Klaus let go of her, trusting her now completely. His hands pulled her back onto him, relishing in the way her body felt on his. He leaned back onto the couch, pulling her closer, his hips bucking up. Y/N moaned and rocked her hips, hands tugging at his shirt until it was off. His hands shifted to push the skirt of her dress up to her waist. Klaus looked down, resisting an eye roll at her underwear. Women had taken to a more masculine style as a way to stand up against men and whilst Rebekah admired it, Klaus was annoyed. He pulled them apart and undid his trousers, lifting her over him and guiding her onto him.
Y/N moaned and dug her nails into his shoulders. “Klaus…” she whined and he hummed back at her, hand gently caressing her ass whilst she sunk down onto him completely.
“Mmm” he groaned under her, his mouth capturing hers in soft kiss. He pulled back and held her face between both hands. She looked back at him with an affectionate he hadn’t seen for a long time. There was lust, of course, but it wasn’t pure lust. There was love too. She smiled back at him, almost shy as she began to move. He stroked her cheeks with his thumbs and breathed shallowly as her body moved with grace and passion. “Love…” he breathed, thrusting up instinctively.
“Klaus-“ she cried, her head going back as he met her every move. He slid his hand down, finding her clit with ease and circling it gently. She moaned, her body almost collapsing onto him. Klaus lifted his head, seeing her hazed expression and hugging her to him.
“Don’t tell me in over 70 years of living no man has touched you here…” he whispered against her mouth as she continued to moan against him, her body starting to tremble and her pussy clenching tightly.
“Mmmh…” she whined out, looking to him with glossy eyes. He rubbed a little quick, his hips moving faster when he saw her brows pull together, her body getting impossibly close. Her next cry was followed by a wave of wetness, Klaus only groaned out, still playing with her swollen bud until her body was completely shattered. Klaus held her tight, still thrusting up until he emptied himself inside her. He watched as his own cum leaked out of her.
“You alright, love?” He murmured, stroking her back and kissing the side of her neck gently. Y/N nodded and he carefully pulled her dress up over her head, having her sit almost bare against him. His fingers grazed over the plain bra she wore before he removed it, admiring her quietly.
Y/N felt her cold skin flush, her eye cast down to see her own body on his. She sat with him still inside her, his pants still on just open. Y/N looked at his body too, the firmness of his chest and abdomen. By the time she lifted her head to look back up at him, his head was moving down. Y/N let out a breath when he took one of her nipples into his mouth, sucking gently on each until they were both swollen and sensitive. She tried to start to ride him again back his hands held her hips down.
“Not yet, my love.” He murmured, taking his time now to explore her body. Y/N let out a small whine when he pulled out of her and lifted her, carrying to the room she pointed as hers. Now she was laid to the bed, any remains of his clothing were gone and he was back between his legs.
By morning she’d snuggled up on top of him. He smiled, caressing her hair before glancing down her back. His expression faltered at marks that had scarred there skin. Klaus had hardly seen her back, he’d made sure he could see her face all through the night. Gently, his stroked them. They weren’t raised, they were from when she was human.
“You weren’t meant to see them.” She whispered and he pulled his hand away, slightly startled. Klaus glanced down, eyes softening as he kissed her forehead.
“How did you get them?” He murmured, cupping her face.
“My father.” She admitted, voice smaller than he’d ever heard it.
“I hope he did a horrendous death.” He told her so earnestly that it made her giggle. “I’m very serious, love.”
“Mhm, well he died by what he most hated I suppose.” She shrugged and Klaus tilted his head curiously. “Stefan…” she trailed and Klaus caught on quickly. “Damon was mad when he found out but, I think he was relieved really.” She mumbled and Klaus frowned.
“Damon?” He questioned.
“Our older brother, he’s embraced vampirism a lot.” She nodded. “He changed so much.”
“What was he like before?”
“He was sweet.” She uttered, saddening. Klaus kissed her forehead and nodded. “He was little different when father sent him to war but, he was still soft. He still would’ve been if…” her words trailed and she swallowed thickly. “It doesn’t matter now, of course.” She mumbled and Klaus held himself back from pressing further on the matter.
Eventually they rose from her bed and she opened Stefan’s door but he wasn’t there.
“That’s weird.” She frowned and Klaus hummed, immediately connecting the dots and realising that Stefan would have spent the night with Rebekah.
“I’m sure he’s fine.” He muttered, opening the cupboards and finding them entirely empty.
“He always comes back.” She mumbled, scratching her head. “Where would he…oh.” She blinked and scrunched her nose. “Well…that’s weird. What happens if one of us gets married and then we’re all technically siblings in law?” She frowned, as though it were definitely going to happen. Klaus just chuckled and put his shoes on.
“Don’t fret, sweetheart. My little sister is incapable of keeping a relationship for longer than a month.” He mused, passing her shoes and grabbing their coats. “Besides, my family is already messed up. This wouldn’t be the worst thing that could happen.”
“You have more family?”
“Mm, three brothers.” Klaus nodded. “Finns, the oldest, then Elijah, me Rebekah and finally Kol.” He sighed, a slight shake to his head before he seemed to think for a moment. “We had another young brother, Henrik, but he passed as a child. The others are vampires so still alive.”
“Where are they all now?” She asked curiously and he pursed his lips.
“They’re…keeping to themselves for the time being.” He answered vaguely, before helping her coat on and guiding her out the door. Klaus took her for something to eat and drink before stopping off at the hotel he was staying at to get changed. Stefan was in the lounge, Y/N and he mentioned nothing about their evenings, choosing to ignore the strangeness.
A few more nights went by before everything happened.
Klaus felt something off as soon as he sat down. His eyes scanned quickly for Y/N but he couldn’t find her. It was only when he was compelling Stefan that she came running.
“Klaus-“ she yelled and he grabbed her, hand covering her mouth so that Mikael wouldn’t hear her. Y/N looked up at him, afraid and confused as she tried to fight his grip but his eyes sucked her in again.
“You’ll forget Rebekah and I, you and Stefan had a fun time in Chicago but you’re going to leave now and go somewhere new.” She felt herself forgetting him, though tears already began to form. By the time she came back to consciousness, she was left with the faint feeling of a kiss on her head. Y/N looked to Stefan, confused as she wiped the tears from under eyes. From then on, Chicago was a blur that they rarely spoke about.
Y/N struggled to drink any blood at all, she just didn’t feel hunger for it. Stefan had to remind her to have something to ensure she wouldn’t desiccate. It was strange, considering her previous ripped nature that she now felt no impulse.
But it made things easier for the most part. It annoyed Damon slightly, when he attempted to bait his younger siblings into drinking blood, engaging with their beasts.
“What’s wrong with you?” He murmured, tilting his head and narrowing his eyes.
“What’s wrong with you?” Y/N fired back, pushing his chest so he wasn’t in her face. “I didn’t do anything to you. I get the whole betrayal from Stef, but I didn’t want to be a vampire either okay!?” She yelled, glaring at Damon. He could see the sadness in her eyes and tried not to soften in front of her but she knew. “I know you haven’t turned your emotions of Damon.” She whispered, “so stop it.”
Damon hadn’t seen her for decades. He almost didn’t know how to act but things soon fell back into pattern. He felt that familiar love he had. Y/N wasn’t comfortable with everything around Elena, it brought back too many memories from Katherine but she also couldn’t stop anything. Damon was more sensitive to that than Stefan. Stefan almost seemed to change when things came to Elena and that was difficult for Y/N.
Overall though, everything was okay. Y/N felt like she had both her brothers for the first time since they were human.
And the Elena was kidnapped and the name Klaus began to circle.
Y/N could feel something, the feeling almost like Deja vue but she couldn’t quite place it. Elijah had stared at her a little too hard, she at him too. There was something vaguely familiar.
She felt it even more when Klaus appeared in The Grill. Y/N stared at him, her brows slightly furrowed as she watched him threaten Damon. When he turned back to her, his glare softened and he reached for her hand. Y/N blinked silently when he kissed the back of it before leaving and Damon was immediately firing questions but Y/N had no answers.
And then he was taking Stefan and Y/N couldn’t help but want to go too. She hadn’t been apart from Stefan. They were twins, they’d never been separated. And when she turned up to Alaric’s apartment, Klaus was more than happy to bring her along.
He wrapped his arm around her waist as he watched Stefan tear the apart. Y/N just stared down at the ground, uncomfortable but not bloodthirsty. Klaus glanced down at her and caressed her side.
“Not hungry, love?” He asked, almost concerned.
“No” she shook her head. “I don’t get hungry.” She mumbled and he frowned. It confused him for a while, but he thought it over for ages in the car until it clicked. He glanced back at her as she lay asleep across the seat. He hadn’t meant to make her unhungry forever, just for that night.
Still, it was somewhat helpful that she wasn’t so distressed by all the blood over the journey. What was better, she wasn’t distressed by him. Not once did she pull away, show signs of fear or disgust. It was like she knew but, of course he knew she couldn’t.
Not until he cupped her face in the bar and took away the compulsion.
Her eyes trailed to Stefan’s, he just stared blankly back at her. His eyes hardened and hers softened.
“Stef-“
“He killed Elena.” He scoffed. “He’s turned me into a monster!” He yelled and Y/N didn’t know what to do.
Klaus watched silently. His jaw clenching at Stefan’s immediate resentment. Klaus stepped forward, his arm back around her and pulling her with him before Stefan could get closer.
“Rebekah, sweetheart, come fix your boyfriend.” He called, brushing past her as she scoffed. Klaus brought Y/N to another room, sitting down with her quietly and tilting his head to her. “Tell me what you’re feeling.”
“Why would you make me forget.” She whispered and he softened.
“Someone was after Rebekah and I, we had to disappear. I couldn’t have protected you from him so it was safer for you not to know who I was.” He murmured, stroking her face gently. “I didn’t want to.”
“You scared me.” She remembered, touching her face where he’d grabbed her.
“I know…I’m sorry.” He frowned and kissed her cheek where he’d pressed almost a century ago.
“It was so long ago.” She mumbled, her mind confused as she tried to adjust to the memories.
“I still feel for you.” Klaus murmured. His hand caressed her face, down to her chest, just gently resting above her breast. “I thought of you often, I even looked for you after.”
“You must’ve found me.”
“I didn’t want to uproot your life.” His head shook and she frowned.
“That’s not fair.” She whispered.
“You were with somebody else.” He muttered and she quietened. “You were happy. I wasn’t going to take that away for my own selfish reasons.” It might’ve been the only time he’d put another’s happiness before his own, not that she could’ve known that.
“I would’ve chosen you.” She whimpered and his eyes closed. He’d dreamt of her saying that. Of finding her again, having her again.
He tilted her head gently to kiss her mouth. When she reciprocated he let his hand slide down to cup her breast, squeezing firmly making them both moan at the memory.
“Ahem.” Rebekah’s voice cut through and Klaus groaned, pulling away and faking over Y/N’s shoulder at his sister.
With much annoyance and reluctance, he got up and they went to an expensive shop to clothing hunt for Rebekah.
Y/N sat quietly on the end of Klaus’s seat before he pulled her up onto his lap, ignoring Stefan’s brooding. She felt guilty to an extent but she also felt hurt that Stefan wouldn’t even consider her feelings. She’d told him how much she cared for Klaus back in the 20s. He knew that she’d fallen in love. Why did her love not matter as much as his? Tears seemed to form into her eyes and just the thought.
Klaus gently wiped them away and kissed her temple. “What’s wrong?” He whispered and Stefan glanced over, softening for a second.
“So? What do we think?” Rebekah’s voice came, her body spinning for them to judge the fit of the dress. She smiled before seeing each of their faces, landing on Y/N. “Oh…” she quickly got down and went over, pulling her up and hugging her tight. “Come on, you come back and help me over here.” She tugged her away from the men. Once in the changing room she wiped her face and stroked her hair back. “What’s wrong?” She asked and Y/N sniffed.
“Stefan hates me.” She whimpered, “he hates Klaus so he hates me.”
“The could never hate you.” Rebekah murmured, hugging her again. “He’s just still upset over that girl he loved.” She muttered and Y/N scoffed because Elena wasn’t even dead.
“He’s not. He’s just being a dick.” Her head shook and Rebekah held back a laugh. “He looked at me like I was vile for even considering…”
“Considering…?”
“I don’t know.” Y/N mumbled. “Being with Klaus, I guess.”
“Oh, love. You’re already with him.” She smiled and pulled back to look at her. “Stefan sees that and he might resent that now but, he’ll understand.”
“Maybe…but Damon won’t.” Y/N whispered. “I can’t lose my brothers.”
There was a silence. This was a position Rebekah had been in too often. Klaus would usually make her decision easy by killing the man she loved. Rebekah didn’t want Klaus to kill Stefan and Damon. It wouldn’t work the same way it did for Rebekah.
“Just…don’t make a decision yet.” Rebekah tried to advise without sounding desperate or afraid. “They might come around.”
Thankfully, Y/N nodded. Within an hour, Rebekah had multiple outfits picked and they were all leaving. Everything was a little tense and off for the next day or so. When Klaus finally realised they’d been lying, everything went to shit. Y/N screamed when he snapped Stefan’s neck before his hands were around hers too. She looked back at him with sheer terror. Klaus softened for a moment. Giving her the chance to shove him off. She sped off, on instinct he chased her. She wailed her heart out when he caught her and it took him off guard entirely.
Klaus stared down at her, eyes wide with alarm as she flinched and tried to sink into the wall behind her.his breathing slowly calmed and he softened his touch.
“Don’t…” he whispered, wiping her eyes. “Don’t cry, love.” He mumbled, frowning and hugging her to him. “I didn’t hurt you.” But they both knew he was going to. Klaus rocked her gently and nuzzled her, apologising quietly before carrying her back to the truck. Rebekah was surprised Y/N was still conscious but didn’t comment on her brother’s gentleness.
“Stay in here.” He mumbled, kissing her head as the rest of them got out to head for the school. Eventually he came back, took her to a different car and drove them away again.
“Where are we going?” She whispered and he glanced to her.
“Werewolves.”
“Didn’t we do that already?”
“I know how to do it now.” He shrugged and she looked to the road.
“Did you kill Elena again?”
“No. It’s her blood that turns them.” He revealed. It was silent for a while before he sighed. “Why didn’t you tell me she was alive?”
“Stefan and Damon love her.” Y/N whispered. “I wouldn’t take that away from them.”
Klaus didn’t comment. He knew it was unfair to expect her to betray her brothers for him so he just stayed quiet.
When they arrived at their new location, he opened her door and walked her up to their hotel. It was possibly the most expensive place she’d ever been.
“Why would anyone need this much space?” She asked and he chuckled softly. “How is there only one bedroom in all this?”
“Well, I didn’t see the point in having separate ones.” He smirked, glancing to where she stood. Her eyes on the king-sized bed. Klaus brushed past her to put the bags of clothes that they both had accumulated throughout the last few months down and closed the curtains. “It’s late now, we should wash and get to sleep. Werewolves will be up early.”
Y/N nodded and headed for the bathroom, not expecting him to follow her in with two towels.
“Klaus.” She scolded and he hummed. “We’re not showering together.”
“Any why not?” He questioned, “it’s nothing either of us haven’t seen before.” His hands went to her hips, sliding up under the fabric of her shirt making her shiver. He stepped closer, lips brushing hers as he pulled the material off her.
“Klaus…” she muttered, her hands unsure where to go as he stripped her bare. Klaus just leaned down to kiss her body slowly, staring at her neck and moving down. Y/N whimpered when he sucked her nipples again, just like the last time. His hands lifted her by the backs of her thighs before placing her down on the plush seat that faced the bath before kneeling before her. His fingertips brushed her core before his tongue slid up along her pussy. Her hips lifted, her hands gripping the arms of the chair as he pushed her back down and buried his face between both thighs.
Klaus could feel her clit begging for his attention, he wondered if she’d found men that were better at pleasuring her since the last time he’d touched her. By the way her hips rocked eagerly and she cried out happily just from a few licks to her clit, he’d assume the opposite. He pulled her legs over his shoulders as leverage to push his tongue into her, fucking her slowly and feeling how tight she still was. Klaus couldn’t help but it wonder if when she turned, she was a virgin. Based off her sensitivity, he would assume so.
“Klaus…” she whined again, her legs shaky. “I can’t…” the words left her before that familiar cry. Klaus groaned into her and eagerly swallowed down her taste, licking up the wetness until she was just a panting mess on the chair.
After a moment he stood up and looked down at her. If he didn’t know any better, he’d assume her human. With a small smile on his face he stripped himself before lifting her to the shower and washing her, himself.
She snuggled to him easily in bed, remembering the last few days they’d spent together. Klaus pulled her flush against him, his forehead coming to rest against hers.
“Goodnight, my love.” He whispered and she titled her head for a kiss from his lips.
“Goodnight, Klaus.” She whispered back.
The next morning his front was pressed to her back. His arm over her, keeping her close. Y/N woke first, looking back over her shoulder to see his barely awake form. His eyes began to twitch before they fully opened. He groaned softly and shifted against her. Y/N turned her head back forward when she felt his hard cock rub against her ass. Klaus kissed the back of her head softly, his hand squeezed her breast and he rocked his hips slowly.
“Love…” he breathed like a plea. Y/N pulled her bottoms down enough for him to get between her legs. He reached down, gently gliding his fingers up her folds to check she was wet before guiding his cock into her. His eyes glanced up, watching her body as he filled her. Y/N moaned, her nails curled into the bedsheets as he began to move from behind her. His mouth let wet marks across her back, across her scars. Soon enough he had her on her stomach, hips raised as his thrusts grew rougher. Y/N cried out loudly, not expecting it from him as he thrust supernaturally fast. Klaus just groaned and gripped her hips tighter, before sliding his hand down for her clit. She moaned softly when he slowed, her body pussy clenched tight and her clit throbbed. He smiled lazily when he felt her come undone before he picked his speed back up enough to finish himself off.
Klaus admired her state as he pulled out of her cunt. She gaped for only a second before closing back up. He leant down to press a kiss to the base of her spine before lifting her hips higher again so he could lick at her wet pussy. Klaus could feel her body whining for more, her poor hole still clenching but he only cleaned her up as much as he could before settling her back down.
“Please…” she whispered and he hummed, stroking her face.
“Later, love.” He promised, kissing her lips once. “We need to go get my wolves.”
Things were different whilst they were away, just them. Y/N was able to see the Klaus she had fallen for all those years ago. He had her feed from him again, reminding her of the intimacy.
But when they got back to Mystic Falls, it was impossible not to feel protective towards her family when he hurt them.
The divide was too strong and she couldn’t choose. So why was he making her?
