Another fanart for the fantastic fic “Hotel For The Broken” Konoha and Semi are by far my favorite ship... This story will be the death of me.

Semi has been slaving away over these paintings for days. He’s sure that the paint will never wash from his hands at this point. He lives, breathes, and bleeds these paintings. He knows Konoha is getting annoyed because Semi will often just pass out on the floor of their apartment instead of showering and going to bed.
“Hey.” Konoha enters the room, bending over Semi to see what he’s doing. Semi doesn’t look up, dragging the brush down the canvas.
“Hi babe.”
“Still working?”
“Mhm.”
Konoha doesn’t say anything and Semi hears him move away, going back into the zone. He’s been painting a series of Konoha’s pictures, glad that he gets to stare at some form of Konoha.
“You almost done?”
“No. You’re giving me a hard time.” He points to Konoha’s pictures and grins.
“Real me isn’t.”
“This isn’t real you?” Semi laughs and spares a glance in Konoha’s direction.
“Nope.” Konoha shakes his head and takes a bite of the apple. “That’s fake me. Alien me. I don’t know him.”
Semi snorts, “You’re weird.”
“I’m not weird, I’m limited edition.”
Semi almost chokes at that and he stares right at Konoha, who is grinning proudly. “That just means I’ve got the best version.” Semi winks and Konoha just rolls his eyes, trying to hide his smile behind his apple core.
